Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Regional Sales Manager (Power Solutions - Remote)
Overview:
We're seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Manager to establish and grow our client's presence in the NorCal/PNW territory. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a global leader in power supply manufacturing, specializing in high-power solutions for data centers, telecom, and industrial automation. As a remote-based sales leader, you'll have complete ownership to shape this newly created territory while representing cutting-edge power technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development with OEMs, VARs, and system integrators
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline in the Western U.S. region
- Leverage technical expertise to consult on power supply solutions
- Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and activity reports
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business or equivalent experience
Experience:
- 8+ years selling high-power supply solutions (open frame/server markets)
- Proven track record with OEM accounts and system integrators
- Established network in data center/telecom/industrial sectors
Other:
- Deep technical knowledge of power electronics
- Self-motivated with hunter mentality
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel within territory (25-30%)
- West Coast location (Bay Area/WA ideal)
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary:
- $110,000 - $130,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission + car allowance
