Ref: 22988\n\nJob Title: Japanese Speaking Tax Manager – Expatriate Individual Tax (Hybrid)\nThe Skills You'll Need: International individual Tax, Japanese, Accounting\nYour New Salary: £50,000+ (depending on experience and skills)\nHybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home\nPerm\nStart: ASAP\nWorking hours: Full time\n\nTax Manager – Japanese Expatriate Individual Tax (Hybrid) – What You'll be Doing:\n\n * Provide comprehensive UK individual tax services to Japanese expatriate clients\n\n * Prepare and review UK Self Assessment Tax Returns\n\n * Advise on double taxation and foreign tax credit issues between Japan and the UK\n\n * Liaise with clients in both English and Japanese\n\n * Manage and develop junior staff\n\n * Communicate with HMRC regarding tax queries and amendments\n\nTax Manager – Japanese Expatriate Individual Tax (Hybrid) – The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:\n\n * Experience in a tax-related role at an accounting firm in Japan or the UK\n\n * Knowledge of international individual tax (especially UK/Japan)\n\n * Business level English and -level (or equivalent) Japanese\n\n * Team management experience is a plus\n\n * Qualifications such as ATT, CTA, ACCA or ACA welcome but not essential\n\nPlease view all our Team Japan jobs at people-first-recruitment\n\nPlease follow us on Linkedin: people-first-team-japan\n\nWe would be grateful if you could send your CV as a Word document.
