Japanese-Bilingual Production Engineer
Location: Olathe, Kansas
Start Date: January 2026
Salary: $50,000-$60,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are seeking a Japanese-bilingual Production Engineer to support analytical operations and production processes at a manufacturing facility in Olathe, Kansas! The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Japanese and have hands-on experience using ICP-MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry). This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality, safety, and material consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain ICP-MS instruments to analyze materials and products
Conduct elemental and trace metal analysis to detect impurities, heavy metals, and microelements in raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods
Support quality control and safety checks throughout the production process
Evaluate the effectiveness of cleaning, processing, and finishing steps by analyzing residual components and contaminants
Assist in the development and testing of new materials and products, verifying composition and performance through elemental analysis
Communicate effectively with both English- and Japanese-speaking team members
Prepare reports, documentation, and analysis results

Qualifications:
-level Japanese with strong English proficiency, or -level English with strong Japanese proficiency
Practical experience operating ICP-MS or similar analytical instrumentation
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively
Ability to work onsite in Olathe, Kansas
