Are you an experienced area manager who thrives on structure, leadership, and building teams that deliver consistent results? SCS, a fast-growing commercial cleaning company in South Florida, is seeking a driven Area Manager to oversee operations, support field teams, and ensure client satisfaction across Broward and Palm Beach counties.

This is a hands-on leadership rolenot a desk job. Youll balance strategic oversight with field presence, developing systems and people while maintaining high service standards. If you take pride in accountability, communication, and leading by example, we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do

• Oversee daily operations across multiple commercial cleaning accounts (40+ staff).
  
  
• Conduct client walkthroughs and maintain strong relationships through proactive communication.
  
  
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members (cleaners, leads, floaters).
  
  
• Manage inspections, scheduling, quality control, and emergency coverage.
  
  
• Coordinate specialty projects such as floor care and carpet cleaning.
  
  
• Implement scalable systems and processes to improve efficiency and performance.
  
  
• Be flexible for both day and evening needs (occasional weekends as required).
  
  

Who You Are

• 35+ years of experience in janitorial operations, facilities management, or related service industries.
  
  
• Proven success managing teams and client relationships.
  
  
• Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable in fast-moving environments.
  
  
• Excellent communicator and problem solver; bilingual (English/Spanish) .
  
  
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
