Job Description

ITIL Service Management Consultant / Service Architect – SC Cleared
SR2 Consulting is recruiting a Service Management Consultant/Architect for an exciting government project.
This role will be responsible for designing, implementing and improving IT service management capabilities aligned to ITIL, supporting a product-centric operating model and ensuring services are scalable, efficient, and aligned to business needs.
Due to the nature of the role, active SC clearance is required.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end IT service operating models.

\n

• Assess and enhance ITIL-aligned service practices and maturity.

\n

• Define metrics to track service performance and customer satisfaction.

\n

• Support improvement and adoption of ITSM tooling (e.g. ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira SM).

\n

• Develop governance, process flows, and documentation for service design.

\n

• Drive continual improvement and enable organisational change through engagement and communication.

\n

Skills & Experience

\n
• ITIL v4 (or v3) certification.

\n

• Proven experience designing or improving ITSM frameworks.

\n

• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow ).

\n

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

\n

• Experience working with or within product teams in Agile environments.

\n

• Active SC clearance
