Job Description
Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, modernization, and support of enterprise applications.
- Own the technical delivery and architecture of multiple mission-critical applications, including L3/L4 production support.
- Design scalable, secure, and cloud- solutions using microservices, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Define application architecture, interfaces, deployment strategy, and non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, availability).
- Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot complex production issues, and drive continuous improvements.
- Enforce enterprise architecture, security, and development standards.
- Lead technical teams, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and architecture diagrams.

Requirements:

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js/Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
- Extensive experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, etc.).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- Strong understanding of Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
- Experience with integration technologies such as Kafka, MuleSoft, ESB, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, and database normalization.
- Good understanding of secure application design, data privacy, encryption, and access control.
- Hands-on experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub Copilot, Visual Studio, and Draw.io.
- Experience using AI assisted/agentic AI frameworks for software development and workflow automation.
- Strong debugging, root cause analysis, and production support skills.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, influence architecture decisions, and deliver independently in a global, multi stakeholder environment.
