You'll be at the heart of our technical operations, helping to deploy, secure, and optimize our infrastructure both remotely and on-site at partner locations.
You’ll be solving mission-critical problems, working shoulder-to-shoulder with brilliant colleagues and top-tier healthcare clients, and ensuring that our platform remains robust, secure, and responsive under real-world conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure
- Manage elements of our AWS environments, including EC2 instance setup, configuration, and ongoing cost/performance tuning.
- Support hybrid and multi-cloud deployments, leveraging familiarity with AWS and Azure services.
- Oversee and maintain Active Directory and LDAP tools to support scalable and access management.
- Monitor system performance and application health, proactively identifying and troubleshooting issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
General IT Support & Field Services
- Serve as the primary technical contact for on-site support, regularly visiting client locations to resolve end user, application, and network issues.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and IT teams at client organizations to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges with minimal disruption to operations.
- Provide hands-on application configuration, deployment, and user training, ensuring client staff can fully leverage deployed solutions.
- Manage, deploy, and support customer-facing devices—including tablets and other endpoints—handling provisioning, configuration, troubleshooting, updates, and user onboarding.
- Administer and support cloud-based productivity suites (Office365, Google Workspace, etc.), ensuring seamless operation for clients and internal users.
- Provide general IT support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of all technology systems.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in DevOps and IT systems roles
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in managing AWS and Azure environments.
- Experience with Microsoft and Google tools such as Active Directory and Google Apps.
- Knowledge of open-source technologies and their applications.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, CISSP) are a plus.
