Job Title: IT Systems Engineer

Location: North Scottsdale, AZ

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 annually

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days remote per week after training)

About the Role We’re looking for a driven and technically skilled IT Systems Engineer to join our team in North Scottsdale. This full-time position is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 1–3 years of experience who are eager to build a career in IT infrastructure and grow into a leadership role. You’ll be responsible for supporting and maintaining core hardware and networking systems, with opportunities to travel and collaborate with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware including phones, routers, and VPN systems

• Troubleshoot and support network infrastructure across office and remote environments

• Assist with onboarding and training users on IT systems and tools

• Collaborate with global teams, including potential travel to Southeast Asia for training and support

• Document systems, configurations, and procedures

• Ensure security protocols and best practices are followed

• Provide on-site support in our open office and dedicated IT room

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• 0–3 years of experience in IT systems, networking, or technical support

• Familiarity with hardware setup, network configuration, and VPN technologies

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Willingness to travel internationally for training and support
