Job Description

| On-Site – Miami (Doral), FL | $130K–$145K


Cotton Images (35+ years in business) is hiring an IT Systems & DevOps Engineer to be our primary on-site IT owner and help modernize our custom .NET / Angular / SQL platforms.


You will:

• Own internal IT: network, Windows servers, user accounts, and hands-on support for ~130 employees.

• Work with our dev team on deployments, CI/CD, monitoring, and automation.

• Use scripting (PowerShell / Python) and modern tools (including AI assistants) to automate repetitive work and improve reliability.


We’re a stable, profitable company with our own ERP / CRM built on .NET 8, Angular, SQL Server, and AWS. You’ll work with highly experienced developers and technical leaders (including a PhD-level technical lead) in an environment where IT and engineering are truly valued.


What we’re looking for:

• ~4+ years in IT systems / network support (Windows, AD, networking).

• Experience deploying or supporting applications (.NET or similar).

• Strong troubleshooting and scripting skills (PowerShell or Python).

• Comfortable working on-site and collaborating with both users and developers.


Nice to have: AWS, CI/CD, Docker, infrastructure-as-code, or experience using AI tools / APIs to speed up your work.


Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $130,000–$145,000 depending on experience.

• Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, an employer-paid life insurance policy, and additional ancillary benefits.

• PTO plus paid holidays, and budget for training / certifications.
