Job Title: IT Systems Analyst / Developer

Company: Precision Transmissions
Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 (based on experience)

Job Summary:

Precision Transmissions is seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst / Developer to join our team in Fort Worth. This role is responsible for maintaining system security, developing IT best practices, monitoring usage metrics, and ensuring the stability and scalability of internal systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and business systems analysis, particularly within Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and SQL Server environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain system security and implement IT best practices and procedures
• Monitor system usage, logs, and performance metrics
• Maintain and update data to support production and inventory control
• Collaborate with third party to optimize system and improve operations
• Develop and manage baseline configurations
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues
• Conduct software analysis and stay current on new technology trends
• Develop and document software applications and solutions
• Collaborate with internal departments to assess and fulfill IT needs
• Analyze business requirements and create technical solutions to match

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
• Solid understanding of software design, documentation, testing, and development processes
• Ability to gather, interpret, and translate business needs into effective software solutions

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Experience managing and developing within the Microsoft Power Platform
• 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Stored Procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Visual Studio 2022+
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with software architecture and solution design
