Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced ITSM Administrator to configure and manage our HaloITSM platform, including workflows, SLAs, reporting, and service catalog design. This role requires strong Excel skills for data analysis and performance tracking, along with a solid understanding of ITIL practices. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who can work independently while collaborating across teams to drive continuous improvement in our service management processes. Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain ITSM platforms (primarily HaloITSM, but also ServiceNow, Freshservice, Ivanti, or similar).
  • Design and optimize workflows, intake forms, SLAs, and reporting dashboards.
  • Monitor and manage ticket queues in collaboration with the Service Management Team.
  • Generate, analyze, and present reports on SLAs, service performance, and asset-related data.
  • Apply ITIL-based methodologies to improve processes and ensure service quality.
  • Support service catalog design, user portal feedback, and CMDB management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align ITSM processes with business needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience configuring ITSM platforms (not just ticket handling).
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, charts, and conditional formatting.
  • Knowledge of ITIL v4 foundations (certification ).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with CMDBs, asset categories, and ITSM relationship mapping.
  • Familiarity with SLAs, service metrics, and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Comfortable with productivity and visualization tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Google Workspace, Lucidchart).
  • Ability to work independently in a live environment and communicate effectively across teams.
