IT Project /Program Manager - 300 in Chicago

Job Description

Typical task breakdown:

- Scrum Master for this team as well

- Driving the creation for the team schedules.

- Stakeholder communication.

- Facilitating collaboration across teams and other teams across Client, external vendors and dealers.

- Driving agendas.

- Tracking action items and documenting those in Azure DevOps and One Note.

- Defining project scope

- Driving risk and issue mitigating plans.

- Status updates.

- Work streams are adhering to standards and best practices for projects and management.

Interaction with team:

- 10-15 folks on the team, as well as working with the WD directly.

- There are over 100 people on the program, so they need to have some exp working in a large group.

Education & Experience Required:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree . With 5- 7 years exp in this capacity.

- If they don’t have a degree, a candidate with 10+ year experience will be considered.

Must Have/ Technical Skills:

- SharePoint experience (able to build the SharePoint site) in order to collaborate and drive transparency.

- Creating workflows with other MS tools (Power Automate experience).

- Azure DevOps experience or similar tool (Agile work mgmt. tool).

- Experience in documenting training materials and process guides and/or job aides.

- Agile, Scrum, Scaled Agile ( understand this framework)

(Desired)

- PowerBI experience would be a great plus.
