We're seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to join a highly visible Enterprise IT Delivery team supporting critical initiatives, including a major cloud and platform migration. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners (PMs, Scrum Masters, Client, Developers) and distributed/offshore resources while owning at least one large, strategic initiative.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management discipline with hands-on Agile delivery—and who can quickly absorb technical and business context, communicate clearly with stakeholders (including executives), and drive outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead delivery of a large, cross-functional IT initiative involving internal teams and offshore vendors

• Partner with other PMs/Scrum Masters to support broader portfolio initiatives

• Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders; translate complex technical topics into clear business terms

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and refinement

• Drive capacity planning, delivery forecasting, and execution recommendations

• Coach teams on Agile execution and delivery best practices

• Manage timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and budget considerations

• Learn the business, systems, and technical environment quickly to accelerate delivery

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership

What We're Looking For (Required)

• 5–8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Scrum Master

• Strong project management background in addition to Agile/Scrum delivery

• Proven ability to manage complex, highly visible initiatives with multiple stakeholders

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in an Agile or Agile-hybrid environment

• Familiarity with PM tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar

• Confident, proactive, highly organized, with a strong ownership mentality

• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts

Nice to Have

• Cloud technology and/or cloud migration experience (AWS )

• Scrum Master certification and/or PMP

• Experience working with distributed and offshore teams

Interview Process

• Round 1: In-person interview with delivery leadership

• Round 2: Remote interview with technical owner (~45 minutes)
