Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven IT Project Manager to lead the technology integration component of Mergers and Acquisitions. This role is critical to ensuring seamless integration of new acquisitions into technological environment.
The ideal candidate will excel at documenting and tracking tasks, sequencing complex activities, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and driving execution toward a unified goal. This position requires strong planning skills, technical fluency, and the ability to navigate fast-paced, cross-functional environments with confidence and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT Integration for M&A Initiatives: Manage all aspects of IT integration, including infrastructure, applications, data migration, and communication systems.
- Plan and Sequence Work: Develop detailed project plans, identifying dependencies, critical paths, and sequencing across teams and systems.
- Drive Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate across business units, IT domains, and third-party vendors to align timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Manage Risks and Dependencies: Anticipate integration challenges, identify risks early, and execute mitigation plans to maintain program momentum.
- Ensure Infrastructure Readiness: Oversee the setup and transition of core IT infrastructure components such as networks, servers, telecom, messaging, end-user environments, etc.
- Maintain Transparency: Provide clear, consistent status updates, reports, and dashboards for leadership visibility and decision support.
- Uphold Governance and Standards: Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies, change management processes, and enterprise technology standards.
- Support Change and Adoption: Partner with business and technical teams to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to operations, delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably with exposure to mergers & acquisitions, infrastructure, and/or large-scale technology integrations.
- Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams across infrastructure and business domains.
- Experience with infrastructure projects (network, server, , end-user computing) is highly beneficial.
- Deep knowledge of project management; PMP Certification .
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification .
- Excellent organizational and sequencing skills; ability to translate complexity into actionable plans.
