We are looking for a results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of complex healthcare IT initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of project management best practices, healthcare technologies, and regulatory compliance standards. The ideal candidate has a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and delivering IT solutions that align with business goals and healthcare requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage the delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.

  • Develop detailed project plans, define resource requirements, manage risks, and track milestones and deliverables.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Ensure projects align with HIPAA, HITRUST, and other relevant healthcare compliance standards.

  • Monitor project performance using tools such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent, and prepare executive-level reporting.

  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across departments (clinical, IT, operations, etc.).

  • Facilitate Agile or hybrid methodologies, ensuring teams adhere to agreed-upon processes and timelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of IT project management experience, including leading large-scale projects in healthcare or related regulated environments.

  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, timelines, and budgets in complex technical environments.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems (e.g., EHR/EMR, HL7, FHIR, claims platforms).

  • Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

  • Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe.

  • Experience working with healthcare compliance standards and privacy/security frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, NIST).

  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability and vendor coordination.
