We are looking for a results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of complex healthcare IT initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of project management best practices, healthcare technologies, and regulatory compliance standards. The ideal candidate has a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and delivering IT solutions that align with business goals and healthcare requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage the delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Develop detailed project plans, define resource requirements, manage risks, and track milestones and deliverables.

Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.

Ensure projects align with HIPAA, HITRUST, and other relevant healthcare compliance standards.

Monitor project performance using tools such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent, and prepare executive-level reporting.

Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across departments (clinical, IT, operations, etc.).

Facilitate Agile or hybrid methodologies, ensuring teams adhere to agreed-upon processes and timelines.
Required Qualifications:

10+ years of IT project management experience, including leading large-scale projects in healthcare or related regulated environments.

Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, timelines, and budgets in complex technical environments.

Strong understanding of healthcare systems (e.g., EHR/EMR, HL7, FHIR, claims platforms).

Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe.

Experience working with healthcare compliance standards and privacy/security frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, NIST).

Familiarity with healthcare interoperability and vendor coordination.
