Salary: $90,000-100,000
JOB SUMMARY
Divers Alert Network (DAN) is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee a range of IT initiatives within our organization. This position offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote and on-site collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, intricate knowledge of DAN's IT systems and infrastructure, and experience with a variety of planning and tracking tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, including software development and implementations, and system integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Making sure that project goals align with organizational priorities.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, goals, and budgets using industry-standard tools like MS Project.
Ensure adherence to IT governance and data security standards.
Utilize JIRA and GitHubs planning and tracking tools to streamline project workflows and manage tasks efficiently.
Monitor project risks and issues that may impact project goals and implement mitigation strategies accordingly.
Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Evaluate and manage vendor relationships as needed for technology solutions.
Generate clear documentation, reports, and post-project reviews.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure optimal use of DANs infrastructure and systems.
Coordinate with software developers, system administrators, and third-party vendors.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of DAN's IT project management processes and tools.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications
Professional experience as an IT Project Manager or equivalent role.
PMP certification or equivalent experience in project management.
In-depth knowledge of DAN's IT systems and infrastructure.
Proficiency in JIRA and GitHubs planning and tracking tools.
Experience with MS Project, ClickUp, or JIRA for project planning and execution.
Qualifications
Experience with:
o Acumatica ERP
o Ventiv Risk and Intake.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position, offering a blend of remote work and on-site collaboration on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Candidates should be comfortable working in both environments and possess the ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
