IT Project Manager
Job Description
The IT Project Manager (PM) leads large-scale ERP projects, focusing on planning, execution, and delivery using various methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, CI). Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end project lifecycles, facilitating Agile ceremonies, implementing continuous improvement practices, ensuring IT governance, and collaborating with business and IT teams. The role requires reporting to the IT Steering Committee, managing project risks, and supporting documentation and testing efforts.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years in ERP projects.
- Strong knowledge of ERP ecosystems, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) .
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for long periods, type, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Requires travel between facilities and some physical activity (climbing, bending, etc.).
