We are seeking a Sr. IT Project Manager to join our team and support a variety of infrastructure and software projects. This position entails coordinating and supporting all aspects of the project management and service delivery lifecycle. Razor is looking for a project manager willing to learn and perform to the standards set by the Razor Technology PMO. The candidate will be expected to actively partner with Razor’s team of technical professionals and account managers in this process.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects including but not limited to the project initiating, planning, execution, closing, controlling, and reporting
• Collaborate with account managers and technical delivery team
• Facilitate and manage communication between clients and Razor
• Ensure professional service deliverables and project milestones are met
• Ensure the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and guidelines are understood and adhered too
• Guide and direct project team members to ensure compliance with set standards, procedures, and guidelines
• Proactively manage project scope, risks, and issues and know when to escalate
• PM the technical service and project teams, act as a liaison between Razor and clients
• Ensure team members comply with IT change management policy and company standards, methods, and procedures.
• Track ongoing issues and project status
• Manage change requests, overseen the change management and client support
• Ensure internal and external controls are followed and report exceptions immediately
• Perform project closure tasks including lessons learned, billing handoff and customer satisfaction surveys
• Ability to manage multiple projects across various verticals simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment.
• Involvement in project management and maintenance of corporate certifications and partnership requirements

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business or science
• Local to the Philadelphia region and able to commute to the company office
• 7+ years of the experience in IT Project Management and hands-on proficiency in the IT Service Delivery methodology and PM frameworks
• Proficient in the development technical and project management documentation
• Experience with teams working across multiple platforms. You can navigate your way across a complex and rapidly changing technology landscape to resolve impediments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, leadership skills, analytical ability, and business judgment
• Ability to work effectively across a widely diverse team, as well as broad spectrum of internal and external partners
• An advanced knowledge of Data Center Infrastructure components
• PMI PMP, CSM certification or similar from an accredited organization desirable.
