Kaiva Tech, LLC is seeking a IT Procurement Management Analyst
Department: Operations - Services
Location: Remote (United States-based, DMV )
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-time, 40 hours per week
FLSA Status: Exempt
Clearance: Moderate Risk Public Trust Clearance required
Position Summary:
The Management Analyst will lead analytical and policy modernization tasks, including
reviewing acquisition policies, supporting regulatory updates, and ensuring compliance with
FAR/EDAR requirements, and writing requirements for procurement documents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct policy reviews, gap analysis, and develop recommendations.
- Draft updated acquisition policies, procedures, and templates.
- Development procurement documentation such as SOWs, PWSs, IGCEs, and acquisition plans.
- Support rulemaking processes, including NPRM drafting and clearance.
- Coordinate stakeholder input and incorporate feedback.
- Support Department-wide acquisition lifecycle framework development.
Knowledge and Critical Skills:
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR, EDAR).
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex policy requirements into actionable guidance.
Education & Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Business, or related field
- 5–7 years of relevant IT procurement and acquisition policy or compliance experience.
Certifications, Licenses:
- DAWIA certification .
- PMP
Special Requirements:
- Must meet Contractor Security Vetting Requirements and maintain active clearance
 throughout performance.
Work Environment:
- Employee will primarily work remotely in a professional home office environment with
 standard computer and communications equipment. Occasional on-site work at federal facilities may be required.
Physical Demands:
- Employee must be able to work on a computer for extended periods of time, attend virtual meetings, and produce written documentation. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
