IT Procurement/IT Sourcing Specialist - Permanent - Birmingham (Hybrid)\n\nA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Procurement/IT Sourcing Specialist to join our Birmingham based global law firm on a permanent basis.\n\nThis role will support the end-to-end management of IT suppliers, contracts, and sourcing activity across hardware, software, cloud services, and professional services. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance, delivering value, and building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead end-to-end IT procurement processes, including RFx lifecycle management and contract negotiations\nPartner with stakeholders to identify new suppliers, manage renewals, and ensure compliance with firm standards\nNegotiate software licensing agreements, including Microsoft enterprise contracts\nMonitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, driving improvements where needed\nSupport supplier risk assessments, on-boarding, and audit requirements\nDeliver cost savings and process improvements across IT sourcing activities\n\nKey Experience & Skills\n\n5+ years' experience in IT strategic sourcing or vendor management\nStrong understanding of IT categories: hardware, software, cloud, and services\nHands-on experience running RFx processes and negotiating contracts\nExpertise in software licensing, ideally with Microsoft licensing knowledge\nStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills\nFamiliarity with contract law, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards\n\nIT Procurement/IT Sourcing Specialist - Permanent - Birmingham (Hybrid)\n\nIn accordance with the Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, this position is advertised based upon DGH Recruitment Limited having first sought approval of its client to find candidates for this position.\n\nDGH Recruitment Limited acts as both an Employment Agency and Employment Business
