Austin, Texas (Hybrid)---
Need Overall 10+Years of experience
3 References from the recent projects is must.
Minimum Qualifications:

• 10 years of project management across large organizations including planning, risk/issue tracking, and contingency plans.
• 10 years of research and analysis gathering facts, problem-solving, and writing concise reports.
• 10 years overseeing SDLC translating business requirements into technical specs and guiding the lifecycle.
• 10 years of stakeholder management building strong sponsor relationships, with excellent communication skills.
• 10 years in project reporting summarizing/escalating issues, weekly updates, and leading project meetings.
• 10 years working in collaborative, high-paced environments.
• 10 years of strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 8 years of Agile project management overseeing progress and aligning assignments to timelines.
• 8 years managing Agile projects with feature-driven sprints.
• PMP Certification (must be active and listed on the resume; proof may be requested).

Skills:

• 5 years of Agile experience within one or more Texas State Agencies, following state standards and delivery practices.
• 5 years of experience in healthcare or public health IT projects, including stakeholder engagement in clinical or financial systems.
