Position: IT Operations Manager

Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Lenexa, Kansas

The company is seeking a leader who can transition from a hands-on manager to a strategic leader, focusing on people development and operational maturity. This role is open due to the company's ongoing growth and evolution towards a more strategic leadership model.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead IT infrastructure and service desk teams
• Develop and execute IT strategies
• Provide technical guidance and escalation support
• Empower and support team decision-making
• Oversee network, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity operations
• Manage vendor and contract relationships
• Plan and manage budgets effectively
• Enhance cybersecurity and network modernization

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven management experience in IT operations
• Strong background in infrastructure or networking
• Experience in vendor and contract management
• Ability to balance technical and people leadership
• Strategic mindset with operational execution skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with SCADA or industrial control systems
• Broad infrastructure ownership in smaller organizations
• Familiarity with IT/OT integration
