Position Summary:
We are seeking a versatile IT & Logistics Support Specialist to manage both technical support and international shipment processing. This hybrid role involves troubleshooting IT issues, managing support tickets, and handling the full technical setup for onboarding and offboarding, including provisioning devices, configuring user accounts, granting system access, and ensuring proper access removal when employees depart. Additionally, this role supports shipment and accounting processes, helping maintain smooth operations across our office and warehouse.

 

Key Responsibilities:
IT Support:

  • Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Manage onboarding/offboarding, including device setup, access permissions, and system accounts.

  • Maintain IT systems, software updates, and security protocols.

Logistics & Accounting Support:

  • Assist with international shipment processing, documentation, and compliance checks.

  • Track shipments, provide updates, and resolve discrepancies with carriers or vendors.

  • Support accounting functions, including cost collection, variance analysis, invoicing, and Syncada processing.

  • Maintain organized records for compliance and auditing purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT support, system administration, or helpdesk roles.

  • Knowledge of logistics, international shipments, or freight forwarding is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Windows/macOS, networking, office software, and IT security best practices.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
