We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Infrastructure Specialist to support, manage, and enhance our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in network administration, server management, and cloud technologies. This position is vital in ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficiency of our information systems.

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network and server infrastructure (Windows/Linux)

Configure and support LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks

Maintain data backup and disaster recovery solutions

Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and/or AWS environments

Manage hardware inventory, software licensing, and IT documentation

Implement security best practices and support cybersecurity initiatives

Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated IT issues

Collaborate with vendors and service providers

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or network/system administration

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)

Familiarity with ITIL practices and enterprise monitoring tools

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
