Job Title: IT Infrastructure Project Manager
Location-Type: Hybrid (Wilmington, DE , 1–2 days onsite/week)
Start Date Is: Mid-to-end of June
Duration: Contract (initially until end of year, with potential 6-month extension)
Compensation Range: $65/hr – $80/hr W2 (No corp to corp)
Job Description:
Lead and coordinate global OT cybersecurity deployments at manufacturing sites, ensuring effective execution and alignment with client goals.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage deployments of security tools in global manufacturing environments
- Collaborate with operations, OT cybersecurity, automation, and local IT teams
- Track program timelines, barriers, and performance metrics
- Manage configuration data and oversee direct resources and 3rd party consultants
- Support multiple concurrent site deployments and provide technical input on Cisco switches, Palo Alto firewalls, and SQL database infrastructure
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
- Proven experience managing 2 multimillion-dollar IT infrastructure projects simultaneously
- Understanding of Cisco network switches and Palo Alto firewalls
- Familiarity with SQL DBA tasks (basic to intermediate level)
- 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing operations
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and lead a team
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, Cyber Security)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with DCS systems (Rockwell, Client, Yokogawa, etc.)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards (NIST, IEC 62443)
- Previous engineering background with a focus on IT infrastructure
