Infrastructure Engineer – Azure / Microsoft / Security \n £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits \n Hybrid – South West London (3 days onsite) \n Quant Capital are partnering with a fast-growing FinTech scale-up hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to own their core platform across cloud, networking and security. This role suits someone who understands high availability, engineers with discipline, and cares about building secure, reliable systems at scale. \n You’ll design, operate and improve hybrid Microsoft/Azure infrastructure while acting as a senior escalation point for the business.

\n Engineer, maintain and evolve hybrid Microsoft infrastructure \n Deliver uptime-focused projects across networking, cloud and security \n Improve performance across , access and connectivity \n 5+ years in infrastructure engineering or systems engineering \n~ Strong Microsoft environment expertise: \n~ Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, Group Policy, O365, Intune \n~ Solid networking foundations: \n~ Azure engineering background: \n~ Governance, networking, and security configuration \n~ Exposure to data centre deployments
