Summary: Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and support systems, networks, and software while performing the below duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Develop plans, schedules, and requirements for deploying systems.
- Must be able to design and develop custom programs to aid in systems management.
- Monitor, maintain, and execute automation processes and procedures.
- Manage the equipment that handles switching, routing, and in some cases perimeter devices (firewalls).
- Ensure all the IT systems that support the business function efficiently.
- Support and develop specific platforms and concentrate on unifying communications, messaging, and toward a seamless user experience.
- Provide high quality, responsive and consistent resolutions to IT incidents.
- Improved system efficiency.
- Support and maintenance of server infrastructure.
- Technical de-bugging
- Dealing with email security, archiving and cleansing services.
- Maintaining knowledge of current and future information security threats and challenges.
- Work closely with other Operations teams and vendors to ensure there is a coordinated approach to infrastructure support.
- Testing, imaging and deployment of new mobile devices.
- Provide expertise and support in security engineering, incident response and risk management.
- Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on–site, ability to work overtime.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to interchange with others in the department.

COMPUTER SKILLS
- A high degree of understanding and usage of all primary Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Understanding of network infrastructure.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- B.A. degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
SKILLS
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to perform professional business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Good presentation skills to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Some college mathematical skills required.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
- Logical thought processes and common sense
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or design form.
- Ability to deal with complex problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
TRAVEL
- Must be able to travel locally between sites.
- Minimal (5-10%) other travel required.
- Must be available for overnight travel by land and/or air, with proper notice (no immediate notice).
- Passport required for international travel.
