Excelion Partners is looking for an IT Field Support Technician for Healthcare sites. This role requires proficient experience in hardware/software/peripheral support at their support center and other sites throughout Wisconsin.

Building out the support center at their home location and centralizing support efforts. Good opportunity to be the beginning of organic growth in the department.

***No relocation assistance available - Must be local to Milwaukee, WI

***Perm Role, No C2C options at this time.

• Mid-level Tier 1 / Tier 2 support. Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
• Home location will be at the Support Center, but there will likely be a significant amount of travel to facilities throughout Wisconsin for any needed onsite support. (travel reimbursed, company vehicle available).
• MS 365 environment - supporting networks, phones, laptops, pc's, printers, tablets, mobile devices and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook), user authentication, and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) systems.
• Network troubleshooting - LAN/WAN
• Device Standards and Security: develop and maintain standardized hardware/software images and configuration baselines for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, ensuring HIPAA-compliant security settings (e.g., BitLocker, anti-malware, secure BIOS/UEFI).
