We are looking to bring on Field Engineers (FE2/FE3 level) to support enterprise dispatch work across Buffalo, Rochester, and Syracuse, NY. MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL BETWEEN ALL 3 LOCATIONS FOR COVERAGE.
Position Overview:
- Role: Field Engineer (FE2 / FE3)
- Schedule: 40 hours/week (steady work)
- Work Type: Enterprise dispatch / boots-on-the-ground IT support
Scope of Work:
- Server break/fix support
- High-end storage support ( experience)
- General field service and troubleshooting in enterprise environments
Additional Notes:
- Certifications not required to start, but expected/encouraged after onboarding
- Looking for reliable, professional resources who can operate independently in the field
