Job Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and connectivity.
- Assist with user account management, password resets, and security protocols.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, including asset tracking and support logs.
- Coordinate with vendors to repair IT equipment.
- Migrate users to new hardware while maintaining their settings, reinstalling applications, printers, etc.
- Travel locally to multiple client sites to provide on-site support across various business environments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and remote support tools.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and transport IT equipment as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
