Our Field Engineers support end-user clients both onsite and by remote support. Responsibilities and Duties


  • Provide onsite and remote support to end users and client network administrators to resolve a wide variety of IT issues
  • Resolve numerous service requests each day
  • Support various versions of desktop operating systems
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to support client line-of-business applications
  • Troubleshoot and repair personal computers
  • Monitor client backups and remediate backup failures
  • Administer client Office 365 accounts
  • Detect and remove viruses and malware
  • Precisely document problems and resolutions steps


Qualifications and Skills


Work Experience Requirements


  • Minimum 3 years (5 ) experience in IT supporting end-user clients
  • Experience helping users by telephone with remote control technology
  • Experience supporting the Microsoft product stack
