Job Description

IT consultant for process digitization (also ambitious career changers) (m/f/d) Your tasks

• Recording, analysis and optimization of business processes in close cooperation with the specialist departments
• Translating requirements into technical specifications for developers and IT teams
• Design and implementation of digitalization projects (e.g. ERP/CRM optimizations, automations, workflow solutions)
• Support in the further development of our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related systems (CRM, SharePoint, Power Platform)
• Management of small to medium-sized projects incl. prioritization, documentation and test coordination
• Close collaboration with developers and IT administrators in the area of digitalization & transformation

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of business informatics, computer science or comparable qualification or great interest in IT and business processes
• Sound knowledge of business processes (e.g. finance, logistics, sales or production)
• Technical understanding in at least one of the following areas ERP systems (ideally Business Central)
• ERP systems (ideally Business Central)
• Databases & interfaces (SQL, REST, API)
• Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Analytical thinking and ability to prepare complex requirements in a structured manner; strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and enjoy acting as a bridge builder between business and IT; initial experience in project management or agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) an advantage
