Job Role – Desktop Support & IT asset management
Key Responsibilities:
• Asset Lifecycle Management:
o Track and manage all PC assets from acquisition to retirement.
o Maintain accurate inventory records using asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
o Ensure proper tagging, configuration, and documentation of all devices.
• Procurement & Deployment:
o Coordinate with procurement teams to source new PCs based on business needs.
o Manage deployment schedules and ensure timely delivery to end users.
• Compliance & Auditing:
o Ensure compliance with software licensing and hardware usage policies.
o Conduct regular audits to verify asset location, condition, and usage.
o Prepare reports for internal reviews and external audits.
• Support & Coordination:
o Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve asset-related issues.
o Provide guidance to users on asset handling and reporting lost/damaged equipment.
o Maintain loaner PC inventory and manage temporary allocations.
• Disposal & Refresh Planning:
o Manage end-of-life disposal in accordance with environmental and data security regulations.
o Plan and execute annual refresh cycles, coordinating with business units and IT leadership.

Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience in IT asset or PC lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with CMDB systems and ITIL practices.
