Inventory Support & Data Entry Specialist


Were looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Support & Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, youll help keep our inventory records accurate, support accounting with reconciliations, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What Youll Do:

• Enter data from delivery tickets and other documents into internal systems
• Match delivery ticket to contract. Research and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist accounting with reconciliations and invoice verification
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
• Other duties

What Were Looking For:

• Proficient in numerical and alpha data entry
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
• Prior experience demonstrating accuracy, data entry proficiency, and problem-solving
