Key Responsibilities
· Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, monitor inventory turnover, and align inventory with demand forecasts to support operational goals.
· Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient inventory control strategies to minimize waste, reduce costs, and ensure seamless operations.
· Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage inventory data to generate actionable insights, create reports, and guide purchasing and production strategies.
· Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
· Compliance & Audits: Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
· Technology Integration: Utilize advanced inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or equivalent) to enhance efficiency and maintain real-time data accuracy.
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus.
· Experience: 2+ years in inventory management, supply chain, or a similar role, with demonstrated success in process optimization and team leadership.
· Skills:
o Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on accuracy.
o Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
o Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
o Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics and inventory best practices.
