Job Title: Inventory Specialist/Distribution Specialist
Location:- 4055 41st Avenue South, Fargo, ND 58104, USA.
Payrate :-$22/hr on w2
Dayshift :- 8AM to 5PM central. Monday through Friday.
Contract :-6 Month
Job Description:
This Distribution Specialist I is part of the ASDS (Storage & Distribution Services) department located in Fargo and will be on-site. We combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the ASDS Team and report to the Distribution Supervisor responsible for ensuring the final manufactured product remains at the correct temperature before sending out to the clients.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Stage, package, handle, and receive materials and production vials according to established SOPs, ensuring appropriate documentation and compliance with GDP requirements.
Communicate and coordinate with internal groups and departments to plan and execute packaging and cold chain transactions.
Perform data entry, maintain accurate transaction records in the Financial and Inventory systems, and conduct peer reviews of documents for accuracy.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Computer Proficiency: 1+ years of experience with computer operations such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), Smartsheet, and Dynamics 365, and Labvantage LIMS
Inventory Management: 0-1 year Experience packaging, storing, and handling sensitive products and prior inventory management experience
Quality Assurance: Experience is but not required with GDP (Good Documentation Practices) and standards applicable to the GMP industry.
