Key job responsibilities
- Handle materials accurately and efficiently for the production and manufacturing teams
- Utilize SAP ERP, Excel, and proprietary software systems for material transactions
- Document and report system issues and process inefficiencies
- Manage physical and virtual material movements between sites
- Support team training and development
- Maintain safety, productivity, and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand carts, and if certified - forklift and/or electric pallet jacks)
- Contribute to SOP improvements and safety procedures
Basic qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position
- Standing up to 10 hours a day as this is a warehouse job and not entirely a desk job.
- Ability to work flexible shift assignments, as schedules may vary depending on business needs and may include working a weekend day
