Job Title: Inventory & Supply Chain Network Planner
Duration- 04 Month+ Contract
Location: Solon, OH
Schedule: Full-Time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Position Summary
Responsible for inventory deployment, allocation, and network planning to optimize customer service, cost, and inventory levels. Analyze supply risks, resolve inventory imbalances, support cross-functional planning, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory deployment and allocation across plants, distribution centers, and regions.
• Monitor supply risks, inventory levels, capacity constraints, and service performance.
• Analyze KPIs, prepare reports, and conduct root cause and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with planning, logistics, and operations teams to make data-driven decisions.
• Maintain network planning master data and improve planning processes using OMP.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, demand/supply planning, transportation, or customer service/BSC.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI .
• Experience with SAP, OMP, or similar planning systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.
