Position: Inventory & Materials Associate (1 Opening)
Location: Torrance, CA
Pay: $17.87/hour
Type: Temp-to-Perm

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory & Materials Associate to support our manufacturing operations in Torrance. This hands-on role focuses on receiving, organizing, and managing inventory to keep production running smoothly. The ideal candidate is experienced with RF scanners, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments and submit all related paperwork to the purchasing department.
• Load outgoing materials for outside processing as directed.
• Maintain organized overstock in racks and storage areas.
• Ensure work areas remain clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Count parts received and verify against receiving reports; report any discrepancies immediately.
• Assist other departments as needed under supervisor direction.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
• Support inventory counts for production or audit purposes.

Requirements:

• Experience using RF scanners required.
• Dependable, trainable, and able to follow instructions accurately.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (retail experience not sufficient).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
