We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist with over 5 years of manufacturing experience to join our team. This will be an onsite position in Broward County and will have 4 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee inventory control procedures and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet business needs.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to streamline inventory processes.
• Analyze inventory data and generate reports to support decision making.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in inventory management or related field.
• Strong understanding of inventory software and databases.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Compensation: $110-140k and bonus
