Are you a highly organized, proactive professional eager to coordinate complex projects in a fast-paced environment? Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support specialty programs involving inventory management, warehouse operations, and kit distribution. This pivotal role ensures the seamless execution of diverse projects, serving as a key link between internal teams and operational excellence. If you excel at managing multiple priorities, communicating effectively, and have a sharp eye for detail, this opportunity could be your next career move!

Experience:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management
• Working knowledge of inventory control, warehouse workflows, and distribution processes
• Experience supporting kit assembly or multi-SKU order fulfillment programs
• Familiarity with WMS and ERP systems
• Experience supporting specialty, customized, or high-complexity programs
• Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven environments
• Project management training or coursework (CAPM or equivalent a plus)
