Job Title: Warehouse & Inventory Specialist

Location: Irving, Texas

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and precise Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to be a key player in our Texas distribution center. In this role, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring the seamless flow of goods from receiving to shipping. You will be responsible for maintaining impeccable inventory accuracy, managing product quality, and collaborating with our accounting team. Key Responsibilities


  • Shipping & Receiving: Execute daily shipping and receiving operations, including unloading trucks, verifying packing slips against purchase orders, and inspecting incoming goods for damage. Prepare and package outbound shipments accurately and efficiently.

  • Inventory Management: Maintain precise inventory records through regular cycle counts, data entry into our Warehouse Management System (WMS), and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.

  • Quality Control: Process, inspect, and manage rework and refurbished products, ensuring they meet stringent quality standards before being returned to stock.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze monthly inventory reports for the Accounting department, highlighting key metrics, trends, and valuation data.

  • Safety & Organization: Uphold a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by adhering to all company safety protocols and OSHA standards.


Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory control role.

  • Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail in previous roles.

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for reporting) and the ability to learn new inventory software quickly.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a reliable and proactive work ethic.
