Job Description:

1. Greets and assists customers in finding products by directing them to the location and delivers outstanding customer service at entrance
2. Demonstrates product knowledge and location knowledge
3. Respond courteously and professionally to EAS activations
4. Completes hourly safety walks
5. Ensures Vendors and Visitors sign in/out
6. Observes and maintains Loss Prevention Standards on the Front End
7. Partners with other team members when additional support is needed

1. Able to provide amazing customer service and take ownership of outcomes while building positive and engaged customer relationships
2. Show great confidence in engaging customers and building respect among store teams and customers
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Able to stand and walk for entire shift
