Inventory Specialist – Contract to Hire - Pay up to $30/HR (DOE)
KeyStaff Professionals is partnering with a growing manufacturing company in Brooklyn Park seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to join their team! This is a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting both production and warehouse operations — perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping things organized, efficient, and accurate.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular cycle counts and audits
• Organize, label, and rotate stock to ensure product quality and smooth operations
• Process restocks and replenishment orders to prevent material shortages
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or damaged goods
• Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and space utilization
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems a plus
• High school diploma required, degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail
• Willingness to work occasional early Saturday shifts
