Job Summary
Beyond a Resume seeks an Inventory Control Specialist with buffer prep experience for our biotech client in Frederick, MD.

Duties

• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
• Working knowledge of buffer prep.
• Work closely with process development team.
• Utilize data mining techniques to analyze inventory data and identify trends.
• Collaborate with warehouse management to optimize storage and distribution processes.
• Assist in category management by evaluating product performance and making recommendations for purchasing decisions.
• Manage logistics related to inventory movement, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Collect and maintain data on inventory turnover rates, stock levels, and other key metrics.
• Implement best practices for inventory control to minimize waste and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers and distribution centers to ensure timely replenishment of stock.

Skills
