Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous Inventory Control Specialist to oversee inventory processes in our Orlando Warehouse. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of goods, maintaining accurate stock levels, and supporting our fulfillment operations. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Track the flow of inventory from receiving to storage and order fulfillment.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory counts with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure efficient movement and organization of stock.
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to update and manage inventory data.
• Assist in receiving shipments, verifying contents, and ensuring proper storage.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics or supply chain a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies.
• Understanding of inventory flow and warehouse processes (receiving, storage, picking, packing).
• Comfortable using technology, including warehouse management systems or similar software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Forklift experience is a bonus but not required (training provided if needed).

Location & Working Conditions

• On-site role at our Orlando, FL warehouse.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged periods of standing/walking.
