Internship - Supply Chain Engineering

The student, as part of the Supply Chain Engineering team and under the guidance of an assigned mentor, will undertake projects working on Infineon's Contract Manufacturing. In your new role you will:

  • Act as project office to support project implementation and assists the project manager to ensure project is completed on time and within budget
  • Monitor performance of the running project and responsible for assembling and communicating regular progress reports . This also includes preparation and provisioning of special material
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration throughout the project team and stakeholders
  • Responsible for active communication and escalation to project management
  • Ensure proper documentation and information is always up to date
  • Standardize project management processes , tools, documentation and template
  • Internship learning outcomes: 

  • Experience in Project Management with cross-functional team
  • Exposure in E2E Supply Chain manufacturing
  • Basic understanding in Fab/backend semiconductor process
  • Develop communication skills in diverse environment
  • You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • On track to attain a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain or other relevant course of studies
  • Familiar in word processing, spreadsheet, PowerPoint and project scheduling
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently , with minimum supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet short and long-term deadlines
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Knowledge in data analytics tools, story boarding skills, digital media tools / video making tools will be added advantage
