If you are enthusiastic about the future of mobility and are ready to expand your skills in a dynamic and innovative environment, then you have come to the right place!In order to realize new vehicle concepts and to test new interior concepts for automated vehicles, new innovations are developed, built and tested in our Future Technologies Lab. Test vehicles, laboratory space, workshops, machines and testing technology from the field of robotics are available for this purpose. Your tasks will include planning, monitoring and coordinating individual projects from the idea to prototype implementation and supporting a customer study. These challenges await you: Development and evaluation of concepts of prototypical superstructures for the representation of kinematized interior componentsProduction-oriented design of the developed concepts and creation of production documents Planning and organizing the production and assembly of functional prototypes with internal and external partnersAccompanying the assembly and commissioning activities of innovative interior components Supporting the planning and implementation of a customer studyCreation of documentation as well as time and project plansPreparation of project content and results for internal presentations The focus of the internship is based on the current project topics of the department and can be tailored to individual interests if necessary. In addition to your practical work, you will gain an insight into the interdisciplinary working methods of the automotive development departments. There is always the possibility of continuing the task with scientific consolidation in a final thesis (e.g. Bachelor's/Master's thesis).
