We’re a creative, team that supplies global brands including Pepsi, Aperol, BrewDog and Dominos, the majority of Premier League football clubs as well as F1 teams, music artists, museums, and fashion clients. We also manage our own B2C clothing brand - www.notjustclothing.co.uk producing official licensed clothing for brands including The Beatles, The Snowman, Marmite, and many more.
We operate a garment factory in central Manchester where we produce many of the products we sell to our clients and through our own brand. We also design and source from a number of partnered factories from all over the globe.

Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced International Operations Manager to join NOTJUST and support our growing list of international customers & suppliers.
In this role you will be a crucial member of the management team who oversees the smooth running of our operations & logistics both UK and globally, helping NJ to achieve outstanding service to our customers but also achieve challenging objectives around Cost, Security, Productivity and Transport.
Responsibilities
- Global Logistics & Shipment Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and manage all international shipments via air, sea, and road. Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries.
- Carrier / Freight Forwarder Management: Communicate with carriers and freight forwarders to organise the movement of goods efficiently. Negotiate rates with carriers and freight partners to optimise shipping costs and maximise cost efficiency.
- Supplier & Production Coordination: Liaise with global suppliers to ensure production timelines are met. Maintain and update the international shipment tracker.
- 3PL Coordination - Work closely with third-party logistics partners (3PL), including our Netherlands partner, to manage stock movement in and out of warehouses.
- Quotations & Financial Management: Prepare and process shipment quotations, including imports and exports. Work with sales owners to ensure shipping prices remain within agreed budgets and scope.
- Compliance & Documentation: Capture, store, and manage all customs and shipping documentation to ensure full compliance with international trade regulations.
- Systems & Internal Collaboration: Support the order management team by keeping systems up to date with shipment and inventory information. Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
What we’re looking for;
- You will have experience in logistics, warehouse or distribution roles.
- Strong understanding of customs regulations and documentation related to imports and exports.
- You will have the ability to run a fast paced operation, managing and motivating high performing operational teams.
- Experience of monitoring performance, with the ability to analyse data in order to identify improvements and successfully implement change.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence strategy.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
Pay/Benefits
£28,000-£30,000 + uncapped bonuses
Full Time, Monday-Friday
28 annual leave days p.a.
