Job Title: Internal Site Manager – £75m Residential Scheme\nLocation: London\nSalary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Package\nCompany: Tier 1 Main Contractor\nJob Type: Full-Time, Permanent\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nAre you an experienced Internal Site Manager looking to work on a landmark residential project in London?\n\nWe are recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 Main Contractor with a stellar reputation for delivering high-quality, complex developments across the UK. They are seeking a skilled Internal Site Manager to oversee the internal works on a prestigious £75m residential scheme.\n\nThis flagship project includes:\n\n * \n\n A 20-storey residential tower with 188 units\n\n * \n\n An 8-storey senior living block providing 71 units\n\n * \n\n A 4-storey building comprising 6 large high-spec apartments\n\nYou will play a critical role in managing the internal fit-out works from 1st fix through to final handover, ensuring quality, safety, and programme targets are met.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Manage all internal works packages from 1st fix to completion\n\n * \n\n Coordinate subcontractors and ensure delivery against programme\n\n * \n\n Maintain a high standard of health & safety and site cleanliness\n\n * \n\n Drive quality standards and snag-free delivery at handover stage\n\n * \n\n Work closely with the Project Manager and other senior staff\n\n * \n\n Attend and lead regular progress meetings with subcontractors\n\n * \n\n Provide regular updates and reports on progress, risks, and solutions\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as an Internal Site Manager on large-scale residential projects\n\n * \n\n Strong track record of delivering high-rise or multi-block residential schemes\n\n * \n\n Excellent knowledge of internal fit-out, trades coordination, and finishing standards\n\n * \n\n Ability to manage from 1st fix through to handover independently\n\n * \n\n SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold Card), and First Aid certified\n\n * \n\n Exceptional organisation, leadership, and communication skills\n\nWhat’s on Offer?\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary + comprehensive benefits package\n\n * \n\n Long-term opportunity with a leading Tier 1 contractor\n\n * \n\n Chance to work on a landmark project in London\n\n * \n\n Supportive team environment with strong progression potential\n\nApply Now\n\nIf you're an experienced Internal Site Manager ready to take on an exciting challenge with a respected contractor, we want to hear from you.\n\nApply today with your updated CV or contact us for a confidential discussion
